Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Young, every product is designed and packed with care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—fairly and efficiently.
Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an incorrect item
To ensure a smooth process, the issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Important Guidelines
To process your request, please ensure:
- A clear unboxing video is recorded from start to finish
- The product is unused and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
All requests are verified against our internal quality checks and dispatch records before approval.
Approval & Reverse Pickup
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
- Products failing quality checks may be rejected for return
Non-Returnable Conditions
We will not be able to process returns if:
- The product has been used, damaged after delivery, or altered
- Original packaging or components are missing
- The claim is raised without an unboxing video
Refund / Exchange Process
- Exchanges will be processed for eligible cases, subject to stock availability
- If exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund timelines may vary based on payment provider processing cycles
